- Work with Talent Acquisition to coordinate recruitment planning, contingent workforce needs and hiring activity against forecast demand.
- Prepare workforce planning measures, utilisation reports and data-led insights that inform business decisions.
- Advise on supply and demand trade-offs to help balance customer commitments, commercial outcomes and operational priorities.
- Support bids, tenders and upcoming opportunities by providing workforce planning input and resource recommendations.
- Lead or contribute to improvement initiatives that strengthen planning processes, resource optimisation and overall organisational performance.
- Collaborate with the Head of Resource Management by sharing analysis, recommendations and strategic input that helps define the future of the function.
- Help explain and promote Kinetic IT’s resource management approach across the organisation.
What you will bring
- Experience in resource planning or workforce planning within a large services organisation of more than 1,000 employees.
- Comfort working in low-tool or manual planning environments.
- Background in a managed services company.
