Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (AI-Powered Development)

Role Overview

This position is for an accomplished Senior Full Stack Software Engineer who can architect and build a modern CRM and workflow operations platform comparable to ClickUp. The product will bring customer management, internal communication, task handling, approvals, follow-ups, project monitoring, and business operations together in one unified system. The right person should be able to take ownership of end-to-end software delivery and also use AI-assisted development tools to speed up the build process.

What You’ll Build

• Create and support scalable applications across both the frontend and backend.
• Develop features for CRM, workflow automation, team communication, task tracking, approvals, follow-up management, project oversight, dashboards, notifications, and reporting.
• Plan and implement databases, APIs, integrations, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Connect external tools and services such as WhatsApp, email, calendars, accounting software, and AI platforms.
• Deliver software that is secure, performant, scalable, and straightforward to maintain.
• Apply AI development tools to speed up coding, testing, debugging, and optimization for production use.

Required Background

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required.
• At least 8 years of professional experience in full stack software development.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud environments.
• Substantial experience with AI-powered development platforms and tools such as Google Stitch, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, ChatGPT, Gemini, Windsurf, Bolt.new, Lovable, and Firebase Studio.
• Prior work on CRM products, workflow automation systems, project management tools, or other enterprise software applications is expected.
• The candidate must be capable of independently taking a solution from concept and design through deployment.
