Responsibilities

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in software engineering, developing and deploying large-scale enterprise systems.
• Strong academic background preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related quantitative fields.
• Degree holder (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) from prestigious institutions with a proven record of academic excellence.
• Expert proficiency in Java programming, with extensive experience in Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
• Solid understanding of core computer science principles including algorithms, data structures, concurrency, distributed systems, and software design.
• Advanced SQL and database schema design skills, particularly for data-intensive applications.
• Demonstrated ability to create, deploy, and scale fault-tolerant distributed systems in live environments.
• Experience in leading development teams and mentoring engineers, while active in architecture and coding tasks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native designs using AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and container technologies.
• Knowledge of messaging middleware, event-driven models, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience with Redis, various NoSQL systems, and handling large-scale distributed data platforms.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated tests, monitoring, production support, and observability tools.
• Competence with Linux environments and maintaining systems with high availability guarantees.
• Track record of delivering critical business applications in dynamic, technology-centric organizations.
