Shift Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced Shift Managers with 1 to 5 years of background in food service or cloud kitchen management. This role involves overseeing kitchen operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth execution of duties related to food preparation, packing, and timely order dispatch from platforms like Swiggy and Zomato.

Key Duties

• Assist the Shift Manager in managing daily kitchen activities efficiently.
• Supervise food preparation, packaging, and the dispatch process for online food orders.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleanliness standards in line with FSSAI regulations.
• Track inventory levels and report any shortages observed during shifts.
• Coordinate operations between kitchen personnel and delivery teams to ensure seamless workflow.
• Prepare shift reports and resolve minor operational challenges as they arise.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1 to 5 years of experience working in cloud kitchens, Quick Service Restaurants (QSR), or similar restaurant environments.
• Thorough knowledge of kitchen processes and food safety protocols.
• Familiarity with delivery platform systems and basic Point of Sale (POS) usage.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well with team members.
• Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis.
