Store Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager to lead our Hyderabad retail location for CandidMen. This role entails comprehensive management of store operations, focusing on customer satisfaction, staff leadership, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
• Drive sales performance to meet and exceed targets through effective management and upselling techniques.
• Lead recruitment, training, and supervision of sales associates to foster high team productivity and motivation.
• Manage inventory accurately, ensuring adequate stock levels and timely replenishment.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cleanliness, and general upkeep.
• Possess thorough knowledge of CandidMen's products to guide customers and coach staff members.
• Implement promotional activities and contribute feedback on marketing efforts to boost customer traffic.
• Prepare and maintain sales, inventory, and customer feedback reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis for management review.
• Handle interpersonal conflicts professionally within the team and with customers, focusing on constructive resolutions.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and store safety standards, safeguarding employee welfare and workplace security.

Working Schedule

The working hours are from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM.

Experience Requirements

Candidates should have a minimum of one year experience in a Store Manager role.
