Role Overview

As a Style Advisor, you will bring a lively, entrepreneurial spirit and a strong personal fashion sense to your work, focusing on helping customers dress with confidence and style. Your communication will be direct and authentic, enabling you to build genuine connections and deliver a tailored shopping experience to each client.

Key Responsibilities

• Complete a detailed multi-phase training program to enhance your skills and align with brand standards.
• Engage customers with enthusiasm, educating them on fit, craftsmanship, and style of both Ready to Wear and Custom-Made Suitsupply collections.
• Conduct sales professionally in line with company policies to meet individual and store sales targets.
• Build lasting relationships with clients by leveraging the Radically Personal loyalty program.
• Maintain attractive and accurate visual presentation of merchandise following brand visual guidelines.
• Ensure store operations meet all company-established standards.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by store leadership.

Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service sectors.
• Passion for fashion and styling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong team player capable of thriving in a collaborative environment.
• Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to work full-time or part-time as required.
