Job Overview

As a Trainee Supervisor within the Retail Packing Hall, you will oversee the daily functioning of retail packing production lines and their teams, ensuring achievement of key performance indicators. Your activities will range from setting up and operating machinery, quality control, inputting data, completing batch documentation, coordinating with support teams, minimizing production downtime, to maintaining clear communications.

You hold direct responsibility for preserving product quality and accurately conveying line necessities to the production staff. Delivering the production plan to meet customer demands on time and within required specifications is a critical duty. This hands-on leadership role requires you to lead by example regarding safety, quality, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), and work ethic standards.

Additional Information

The position demands physical presence at the factory site in Watergrasshill, County Cork, which is not well-served by public transport. Therefore, dependable private transportation is necessary.

Working Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday with shifts from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM.

• Preferably previous supervisory experience within a production or warehouse setting.
