Overview

We are seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join our team in Tiruchirappalli on a full-time onsite basis. Candidates will primarily handle recruiting IT professionals for the US market across various technology domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US IT roles.
• Leverage job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking to source qualified candidates.
• Screen and evaluate applicants effectively to match client requirements.
• Maintain robust candidate engagement and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics to monitor and improve hiring processes.
• Communicate and negotiate offers proficiently.
• Work efficiently under fast-paced conditions and meet defined deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Between 2 to 7 years of experience specifically in US IT recruitment.
• Well-versed with recruiting through multiple online portals and tools.
• Good understanding of technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data, and related IT fields.
• Proven ability to source candidates across different channels effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Location: Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu, India (onsite).
• Positions available: 10.
• Work shift: Night shift aligned with US timings.
