About the Role
We are seeking a Warehouse Operator II based in Shannon, Ireland. This role involves handling daily warehouse operations including receiving and processing incoming stock, order picking and packing, shipping, and managing warehouse inventory in line with operational KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions for all job functions.
- Maintain performance standards to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost KPIs.
- Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members and internal customers.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to improve operational efficiency and proactively report potential issues.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions as needed.
- Manage inventory via proper identification, labeling, and placement of stock, while recording its location.
- Retrieve materials accurately based on production orders and pick sheets.
- Load and unload delivery trucks ensuring deliveries match purchase orders.
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts to move freight and stock as required.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum two years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to work efficiently at a fast pace with great attention to detail.
- Flexible to work overtime including weekends and occasional shift changes.
- Capability to learn and handle specialized equipment.
- Adaptability to ongoing changes and continuous improvement processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
