About the Internship
This internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources operations within a globally recognized technology and AI-driven company. The selected interns will assist with recruitment tasks such as candidate sourcing and interview coordination. They will manage and update employee attendance records using Excel and support overall HR administrative tasks related to employee data management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing potential candidates and scheduling interviews as part of the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate employee attendance records and regularly update attendance spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide support for day-to-day employee management by maintaining records and assisting various HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be available for a work-from-home internship.
- Must be able to start between July 15, 2026, and August 19, 2026.
- Should commit to the entire six-month internship duration.
- Applicants must possess relevant skills and interest in HR operations; freshers actively seeking jobs are encouraged to apply.

Additional Information
- The monthly stipend ranges between ₹4,000 and ₹11,000, comprising a fixed component of ₹2,000–3,000 and incentives of ₹2,000–8,000.
- A certificate and letter of recommendation will be provided upon completion.
- Flexible work hours are offered to accommodate intern schedules.
- Successful interns may earn a job offer with an annual salary between ₹200,000 and ₹420,000 upon permanent conversion.
