About the Internship
This internship offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions within a healthcare manufacturing company. The intern will actively participate in recruitment, candidate management, and HR compliance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and disseminate job descriptions on various job portals and social media networks.
- Identify and evaluate potential candidates via recruitment platforms, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Conduct preliminary HR screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability relative to job criteria.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain ongoing communications with candidates to facilitate a seamless recruitment journey.
- Keep detailed records on candidate progress, interview outcomes, and recruitment stages using KEKA HRMS.
- Update recruitment tracking sheets, collect feedback, and document hiring decisions.
- Assist with onboarding formalities and document management through the HRMS system.
- Collaborate with educational institutions to organize campus recruitment and internship drives.
- Support logistics, candidate shortlisting, and communication during campus and bulk recruitment events.
- Propose enhancements to recruitment workflows to improve candidate experience and reduce hiring cycle times.
- Contribute to HR compliance adherence, documentation accuracy, and recruitment reporting tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must be capable of committing to a full-time, in-office internship position.
- The internship start date should fall between July 13, 2026, and August 17, 2026.
- The internship duration is fixed at three months.
- Candidates should possess relevant skills and a genuine interest in HR functions.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word and Excel.
- Effective verbal communication skills in English.
- Adeptness in handling recruitment platforms and documentation tools.
- Strong organizational and coordination capabilities.
- Attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
Compensation & Perks
