Internship Role and Responsibilities
We invite enthusiastic individuals with a keen interest in human resources to join as HR interns. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience within a dynamic educational environment. The primary duties include assisting in the recruitment process through job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling. Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR information systems is essential. You will also aid in organizing employee training sessions, conducting orientations for newcomers, facilitating engagement activities and events, and collaborating with the HR team on various projects. Administrative support in HR functions will also be part of your responsibilities.
Candidate Profile and Eligibility
The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-focused, and eager to expand their knowledge in HR practices. Proficiency in spoken and written English alongside competency in MS Excel is necessary. This internship is suitable only for those able to commit full time on-site, starting between July 3, 2026, and August 11, 2026, with availability for the entire 3-month duration.
