About the Internship
This internship offers hands-on experience in various Human Resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR administration. The intern will be engaged in sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, managing HR documentation, and supporting employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and attract candidates through online job portals and social media channels.
- Evaluate resumes to shortlist candidates for interviews.
- Arrange and coordinate interview appointments between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Keep applicant tracking systems up to date.
- Assist with the onboarding of new hires and interns, including document preparation.
- Manage employee records and support attendance and leave tracking.
- Help organize employee engagement initiatives and training programs.
- Facilitate employee feedback collection and surveys.
- Maintain HR reports and documentation regularly.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and collaborate with various departments on HR-related tasks.
