About the Internship

As a Recruitment Intern at ConsultBae, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the hiring process by collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs, screening candidates from diverse sourcing platforms, and managing initial recruitment steps such as outreach, interview coordination, and follow-ups. Your role will involve handling a high volume of candidate contacts daily to evaluate their availability and keep them informed about recruitment status, maintaining organized records of candidate data, and ensuring an exceptional candidate journey through clear and timely communication.

Who Can Apply

This internship is open to candidates who can work remotely, have the availability to start between 25th July 2026 and 29th August 2026, and commit to a six-month duration. Candidates with relevant skills and interests in recruitment are encouraged to apply. Additionally, women looking to start or restart their careers are particularly welcomed.

Compensation and Perks

The internship offers a monthly stipend ranging from INR 5000 to 8000. Upon successful completion, interns will receive a certificate and a letter of recommendation, enhancing their professional profiles.
