About the Internship

Hope Behind Tails Foundation, a government-registered organization under the Indian Society Act, 1860, is committed to fostering a compassionate and responsible society. With increasing regional presence and a vast volunteer network, the foundation offers students an immersive experience, involving them directly in live campaigns and initiative planning to build skills like confidence, communication, and leadership while making a meaningful contribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of social work programs aimed at assisting pet owners in need.
• Perform assessments and offer counseling to individuals and families facing pet-related challenges.
• Collaborate with community organizations to link clients with necessary resources and services.
• Engage in outreach activities to promote awareness about the foundation and its services.
• Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of client files and documentation.
• Assist the social work team in evaluating programs and suggesting improvements.
• Participate in training and workshops to expand knowledge in animal-assisted therapy.

Candidate Eligibility

• Must be available to work remotely.
• Should be able to commence between July 28, 2026, and September 1, 2026.
• Commitment for a one-month duration is required.
• Possess relevant interests and skills related to social work.
