About the Internship
This internship provides hands-on experience in software operations within a deep-tech IoT company. Interns will engage in activities ranging from client support to configuring complex dashboards and analytics components. You will work closely with product and customer success teams to ensure smooth delivery of industrial IoT solutions across multiple domains such as energy, water, HVAC, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Address client inquiries and provide assistance for common troubleshooting issues.
- Support onboarding by creating user accounts, adding devices, and setting up notifications and reports.
- Perform product testing, detect bugs, and document findings to assist product improvement.
- Assist in configuring customer dashboards and reports for post-sales support functions.
- Liaise with customer success teams to maintain effective client interactions.
- Configure dashboards, reports, triggers, clusters, and analytics features for client projects.
- Help implement advanced features such as I/O Lens, I/O Matrix, iSCADA, and Sankey diagrams.
- Contribute to solution delivery across diverse industrial domains including energy, HVAC, busbar, and Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM).
- Validate sensor data to ensure accuracy in dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, project management, and web development teams to facilitate solution deployment.
- Interpret customer requirements and translate them into actionable operational steps.
- Help propose and test new product features when existing tools do not meet specific needs.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of issues.
- Suggest improvements to workflows aimed at enhancing customer experience.

- Basic proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and the ability to learn logical configuration workflows without coding.

- A proactive and responsible approach suited for client-facing responsibilities.
- Willingness to learn domain knowledge related to energy management, utilities, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
- Previous internship or project experience related to software support, operations, analytics, or QA is advantageous.
- Familiarity with dashboards, IoT platforms, analytics tools, and industrial operation systems is a plus.
- Understanding of data models, operational KPIs, and sensor-based systems to interpret metrics.
- Exposure to advanced Excel functions, Power BI, and data validation techniques.
- Passion for leveraging technology to solve practical operational challenges.

Additional Information and Benefits
- The internship stipend ranges from INR 8,000 to 10,000 per month.
