Job Overview

We are looking to add a 2D Designer to our creative team to contribute to impactful projects primarily in the game and finance sectors. This role focuses on developing compelling and user-friendly design work that aligns with our brand and satisfies client requirements. You will work collaboratively with various departments to craft innovative digital user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original design concepts by collaborating closely with clients.
• Enforce brand standards and content guidelines consistently.
• Create engaging visual graphics for websites aligned with client branding.
• Utilize diverse content management systems to build and maintain marketing and branding platforms.
• Integrate and work with UI design elements.
• Track and report the progress of design assignments.
• Interpret user feedback to enhance design quality.
• Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Cooperate with clients to clearly understand their design expectations.
• Partner with content developers to ensure project goals and schedules are met.
• Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine designs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Between 1 to 3 years of professional experience in design.
• Expertise with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong knowledge in web design concepts, focusing on responsive and user-centered design.
• Proficiency in English language communication.
• Exceptional visual design capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Capability to work independently and in team environments.
• Good time management skills to prioritize and deliver tasks punctually.
• Strong problem-solving aptitude related to design challenges and user experience.
• Ability to convert client inputs into creative, high-quality web designs.
• Familiarity with modern design trends and best practices is a plus.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing project priorities and requirements.
• Competence in handling multiple projects simultaneously while upholding quality.
• Willingness to continuously learn new design tools and methods.

Workplace and Hours

• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
