Academic Manager

About the Role

FirstCry.com (BrainBees Solutions Ltd.) is seeking an Academic Manager at their Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh location to oversee and enhance academic support and training within a network of preschools. This full-time, on-site position involves ensuring consistent delivery of educational standards and driving continuous performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess academic outcomes of assigned preschools and develop targeted improvement strategies.
• Design and deliver curriculum training sessions for school staff.
• Create training content tailored to various developmental stages and updates in early childhood care and education.
• Coordinate with partner schools to uphold academic delivery standards aligned with prescribed curricula and lesson plans.
• Develop and manage training calendars to equip franchisees with necessary skills for effective performance.
• Conduct trainings for counsellors, center heads, and business partners to support both academic and business goals.
• Ensure adherence to service level agreements and maintain effective complaint resolution through timely coordination.
• Implement academic audit and compliance measures to uniformly maintain quality across the preschool network.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum qualification: Graduate degree, preferably in Home Science, Human Development, or Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE).
• Prior experience in Training & Development, including educational or soft skills training.
• 2 to 4 years of experience within preschool or early learning environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 15 to 20 days per month.
