Role Overview

This full-time remote position centers on creating, developing, and fine-tuning AI-powered avatars used for marketing initiatives, customer interaction, and brand narratives. Collaborating closely with creative, technical, and marketing teams, the expert will develop avatar characters, identify applications, and construct engaging digital experiences. Daily activities include scripting conversations, setting behavior patterns, partnering on software integrations, and improving avatar effectiveness based on data and user input. Additional duties involve maintaining comprehensive documentation, ensuring the avatar aligns with brand identity, and keeping abreast of advancements in AI, conversational design, and digital marketing to suggest innovative avatar solutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• More than three years of experience working with conversational AI, virtual assistants, or avatar platforms, with basic knowledge of chatbot systems or AI content creation tools.
• Expertise in dialogue scripting, storyboarding, and crafting digital persona characters.
• Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, engagement strategies, and leveraging AI avatars to enhance brand messaging and customer interaction pathways.
• Ability to analyze user data and feedback to continuously refine avatar behavior, tone, and functional performance.
• Comfortable working collaboratively with multidisciplinary remote teams including design, product development, engineering, and marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities, ensuring precise and consistent voice and messaging style.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles, human-computer interaction, or customer experience design is advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree in related disciplines such as Computer Science, Media/Communication, Design, or Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Previous work experience in digital agencies or SaaS/technology sectors is beneficial.
