We seek an AI Workflow Coordinator to facilitate the coordination of these technical workflows. This entry-level role offers an opportunity to observe and participate in the development and management of professional data systems from inception. The position is fully remote, allowing flexible location work while coordinating with a global team.

Role Overview

The AI Workflow Coordinator is an essential logistical role within the AI Solutions team. This position does not require complex programming or system architecture but focuses on managing the day-to-day flow of data and documentation supporting our AI applications. You will assist senior consultants by documenting data pathways between client systems and our processing tools. Clear written communication and systematic organization are vital since the position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee automated data pipelines to confirm they execute at scheduled intervals and alert technical staff to any straightforward disruptions or errors.
• Keep project documentation up to date, ensuring that all configuration changes are properly recorded and organized.
• Maintain accurate task tracking records reflecting the status of workflow steps for the Hamburg partner.
• Help prepare handover materials that empower client finance teams to understand and utilize their automated reports.
• Check data outputs for obvious formatting mistakes or inconsistencies before senior consultants conduct a final review.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to improve instructions related to AI tool implementation.
• Engage in remote team meetings, reporting workflow progress and identifying scheduling bottlenecks.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrates keen interest in data management and the use of modern tools to enhance business reporting.
• Possesses excellent written English skills to produce clear documentation and user guides.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail, able to spot mislabeled columns or inconsistent date formats.
• Is familiar with common productivity software such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Can accurately follow detailed instructions and is comfortable seeking clarification when necessary.
• Shows proactive organizational skills, enjoying the maintenance of orderly files and task lists.
• Has basic understanding of data flows between systems; training on our specific tools will be provided.
