Role Overview
TalentPop App is hiring a remote Amazon E-Commerce Operations Assistant to oversee marketplace activity on Amazon. This role suits someone with strong Amazon Seller Central experience, excellent organization skills, and a results-focused approach. You will help keep product listings effective, track performance, manage inventory, and support overall marketplace health.
Key Responsibilities
- Refine and maintain Amazon listings, including titles, bullet points, and A+ content, so products are easier to find and more likely to convert.
- Track important metrics such as Best Seller Rank, impressions, and conversion performance, and share weekly updates on results.
- Coordinate FBA and FBM stock levels carefully to reduce the risk of running out of stock or holding too much inventory.
- Submit cases to Amazon Seller Support when issues need resolution, policy guidance, or account health attention.
- Research competitors and relevant keywords to uncover new product opportunities and improve listing visibility.
- Review customer feedback, product ratings, and Amazon Brand Health indicators, taking action where needed.
What the Employer Wants
- At least 1 year of direct, hands-on experience using Amazon Seller Central.
- Strong understanding of Amazon policies, ranking logic, and proven listing optimization methods.
- Experience with research tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Comfort working with detailed data, inventory tracking, and analytical tasks.
- Strong written English skills for listing copy, seller support messages, and related communication.
- Self-directed work style with the ability to stay effective in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- A reliable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and 25 Mbps download.
- Own a PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor.
