Responsibilities
- Comprehend and apply various customer and API standards effectively.
- Achieve both individual and team key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Interpret and utilize mechanical drawings and codes in daily operations.
- Lead technical presentations and discussions on customer sites to support the sales team.
- Collaborate with internal departments to align with company objectives.
- Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and recommend viable solutions.
- Create sales opportunities through teamwork with sales colleagues.
- Handle warranty cases collaboratively with Service and Engineering in line with business policies.
- Lead internal coordination to ensure timely completion of all processes.
- Take charge of resolving customer complaints related to contracts.
- Maintain and promote awareness of the Quality Management System across the organization.
- Coordinate with the Intellectual Property team on non-strategic projects as needed.
- Organize and conduct customer training sessions.
- Provide root cause analysis (RCA) and troubleshooting support.
- Keep records of recurring problematic cases (bad actors).
- Manage upgrade and retrofit projects efficiently.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of technical experience within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or similar sectors.
- Strong understanding of pump construction, commissioning, operation and maintenance, and sealing systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques, with the ability to lead discussions and internal management.
- Knowledgeable in failure analysis methodologies.
- Experience working in complex, large-scale organizations.
- Competent in computer systems and IT skills, including MS Office and document management, alongside understanding of process and data structures for automated reporting and analysis.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
