Role Overview

This full-time Architect position is based onsite in New Delhi. The Architect will be responsible for developing conceptual and detailed designs for a range of project types including residential, commercial, and cultural spaces. Duties include preparing detailed drawings, creating 3D models, and assembling presentations. The role includes close collaboration with senior architects, coordination with consultants, and assistance with aligning design vision to technical requirements and code compliance. Participation in client meetings, site inspections, and documentation is expected, alongside supporting project timeline management and deliverables. The Architect is encouraged to contribute creative input, conduct research on materials and technologies, and actively support the creation of sustainable, user-focused environments.

Qualifications and Skills

• Solid architectural foundation with the ability to transform design concepts into precise drawings and models.
• Understanding of software development and integration relevant to architectural workflows, including interoperability of design and project management or BIM software.
• Capability to assist in project management tasks such as documentation organization, milestone tracking, and stakeholder coordination.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or equivalents, including basic rendering skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture from a recognized institution with 0 to 4 years professional experience in an architectural studio or related setting.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations, and a commitment to sustainable and human-centered design.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills suitable for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Meticulous attention to detail, eagerness to learn, and receptiveness to feedback; a portfolio demonstrating design thinking and technical skills is necessary.
