Role Overview

As an Assistant Educator, you will nurture young learners through engaging, play-based activities and meaningful connections. You'll be instrumental in creating stimulating environments that ignite curiosity and wonder. Your approach will embody kindness, creativity, enthusiasm, and teamwork.

• Support the development of children through playful and meaningful learning experiences
• Design and maintain inviting, curious learning spaces
• Exhibit daily kindness, creativity, and a proactive attitude

• Inspire a lifelong passion for learning in the children

Qualifications and What You Bring

• Interest in working as an Assistant Educator
• Possession of a Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education, or ACECQA-recognized equivalent
• Current valid Working with Children Check
• Full Australian working rights
• Warm and professional demeanor with a true passion for early childhood education
• Ability to confidently engage with children, parents, and the wider community
• Provision of two professional references, including one from a childcare or education manager or supervisor
