About Pro-Tech Floors
Pro-Tech Floors is a family-owned commercial flooring business serving the Greater Philadelphia area since 2001. Located in Trainer, PA, close to the Commodore Barry Bridge and I-95, we are expanding our team.
Role Overview
We are seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and close-knit team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for both seasoned professionals and recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in supporting sales operations from initiation to completion within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling and organizing customer meetings
- Support preparation of proposals and pricing materials
- Manage project documents including certificates and agreements
- Compile weekly and monthly sales performance reports
- Effectively communicate any updates or delays regarding project timelines
Candidate Profile
- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication abilities and proficient with computer applications
- Works well as part of a team in an office-based role
