Role Summary

The Assistant Property Manager aids the commercial office property's management team by handling financial and lease administration, overseeing operations, maintaining tenant relations, managing vendor contracts, and assisting with construction projects and tenant improvements. Organizational duties include tenant liaison, rent collection, bookkeeping, property tours coordination, and facility maintenance supervision. Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and AP/accounting software such as MRI and Nexus.
