Role Summary
This position is for a Bengali-speaking telecaller responsible for managing patient communications and guiding them effectively within the healthcare domain, especially in women's and fertility care.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling patient calls promptly and efficiently.
- Converting potential patient leads into confirmed customers by delivering accurate service-related information.
- Assessing patient concerns to understand their issues.
- Recognizing patient requirements and encouraging hospital visits for precise diagnosis.
- Offering appropriate solutions tailored to patient needs.
- Maintaining detailed records of all patient interactions and leads in the database system.
Candidate Profile
- At least six months experience as a counselor or in a healthcare education-related role.
- Preferred candidates are female or male owing to the specialization in women's and fertility healthcare.
Additional Details
- Work location available in Pune and Kolkata.
- Proficiency in Bengali language is required.
- Monthly salary ranges between 25000 and 35000 INR.
