Job Overview

The role involves creating and refining 3D building models utilizing Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD software. Regular audits and updates of these models based on the latest project data are essential. Key Duties

• Develop and maintain accurate 3D models using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
• Regularly update models to reflect current project data and perform audits.
• Create detailed 2D drawings and documentation aligned with company guidelines.
• Guarantee that all drawings comply with applicable codes and specifications.
• Incorporate necessary provisions from other subcontractors into shop drawings.
• Verify shop drawings against coordinated information prior to submission for technical review.

Skills and Knowledge

• Basic understanding of local authority regulations and relevant building codes, including BCA codes.
• Proficiency and speed in drafting techniques.
• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong sense of urgency and a proactive, positive approach to work.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, or M&E Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent.
• Certification in BIM Revit for M&E disciplines.
• Operational-level proficiency in BIM modelling.
