Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Biryani Cook to join our team in Chennai, specializing in the preparation of South Indian-style biryani, Shawarma, mess food, and various non-vegetarian gravies. This role involves preparing quality dishes that meet our culinary standards and ensuring timely service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare South Indian-style biryani to authentic recipes and maintain taste consistency.
- Cook Shawarma and mess food items with attention to quality and hygiene.
- Prepare a variety of non-vegetarian gravy dishes as per the menu requirements.
Compensation and Work Details
The remuneration for this position ranges from INR 15,000 to INR 25,000 per month. Employment is expected to be full-time and onsite at our Chennai location.
