Culinary Excellence & Menu Development
- Ensure consistent recipe execution including exact meat-to-fat ratios, patty preparation, grilling techniques, and signature sauce recipes.
- Develop and introduce innovative menu items such as seasonal specials, gourmet burgers, and complementary side dishes aligned with market trends.
- Maintain high standards of food presentation and quality by personally inspecting all dishes before service.
Kitchen Operations & Financial Management
- Oversee back-of-house financial performance by monitoring food waste, ensuring portion accuracy, and controlling cost of goods sold.
- Manage inventory through daily stock assessments, ordering from designated suppliers, inspecting delivery quality, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
