Change Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for seasoned Change Managers to join our Enterprise Solutions and Technology division. In this role, you will spearhead organisational, cultural, and technological transformation projects aligned with our Enterprise Change Management framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse the impacts of change across the organisation and craft comprehensive change strategies.
• Identify how people will be affected, chart complete change journeys, and orchestrate activities to smoothly transition initiatives into standard operations.
• Develop robust relationships with stakeholders, offering strategic guidance and translating complex change details into clear, understandable communication.
• Drive adoption of change initiatives, influence positive outcomes, and resolve challenges effectively.
• Champion continuous enhancement of change management practices through coaching, mentoring, and sharing knowledge to foster an adaptable and resilient organizational culture.

Additional Information

Positions may be provided on either ongoing or fixed-term contracts located in various cities including Adelaide, Albury, Brisbane CBD, Canberra, Melbourne CBD, Newcastle, Sydney CBD, Townsville, or Wollongong.
