Position Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cleaners to join our team at a retail location in Pimpama, Queensland. This role is well-suited for individuals who thrive in energetic settings, possess a keen eye for detail, and take pride in maintaining clean and inviting environments for both clients and customers.
Work Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time position
- Workdays: Tuesday to Saturday
- Shift hours: 4:24 PM to 12:00 AM
- Compensation follows applicable award rates
Core Responsibilities
- Execute general cleaning tasks to an excellent standard
- Perform spot cleaning on furniture
- Sweep and mop floors
- Maintain cleanliness of toilets
- Collect and dispose of rubbish
- Clean glass surfaces inside and outside
- Dust all hard surfaces thoroughly
Candidate Profile
- Prior cleaning experience in commercial settings is advantageous
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team
- Capable of following instructions and working independently
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Dependable punctuality and reliability
- Good knowledge of workplace health and safety standards
- Flexibility to work varied hours including public holidays as needed
- Experience using floor care machines (scrubbers, buffers, sweepers) is a plus
