Role Overview

The role of Creative Strategist involves bridging communication between clients and the creative team. You will be entrusted with comprehending client requirements, crafting compelling strategies, and ensuring every deliverable meets high-quality standards while gaining client approval. This position demands both visionary thinking and pragmatic problem-solving to translate ideas into powerful campaign outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main client liaison, leading strategic discussions and creative progress reviews.
• Work alongside creative, design, and production teams to produce deliverables that meet client goals.
• Develop and articulate campaign strategies, messaging structures, and innovative creative concepts.
• Predict client feedback, ensuring all presented work is refined, consistent with brand identity, and ready for approval.
• Perform market research and analyze trends to guide creative direction.
• Offer clear, constructive feedback to creative teams reflecting client expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients through consistent delivery of excellent work.

Qualifications

• Three to five years experience in creative, strategic, or client-facing roles, preferably within agencies.
• Strong grasp of marketing, branding, and storytelling fundamentals.
• Excellent skills in communication and presentation.
• Ability to merge creative inspiration with analytical reasoning.
• Demonstrated success in converting client insights into effective creative strategies.
• Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
