About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to provide exceptional assistance to customers for order-related queries and issues. The role involves direct interaction with customers to resolve problems and ensure smooth order delivery experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to their orders promptly and courteously.
- Assist customers with processes including returns, exchanges, and replacements.
- Support customers by providing accurate information and updates about their order delivery status.
- Make outbound calls to customers to facilitate and simplify order-related procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.
Additional Information
This position is based onsite within the Delhi-NCR region and offers a monthly salary ranging from 14000 to 15000 INR.
