An expanding specialist consultancy in the housing and property sector seeks a Junior to Intermediate Data Processor / Developer to be based in Farnham, just a two-minute walk from the train station. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with strong IT or technical backgrounds who have a passion for managing data, databases, and enhancing processes. The position involves a blend of data processing, database administration, and software development, granting hands-on experience across various systems and operational projects within a close-knit team.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process, validate, and maintain large-scale datasets with efficiency.
• Design, develop, and enhance internal tools, scripting, and workflows for automation.
• Oversee database management ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide technical and reporting support to operational teams.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify automation potentials and efficiency gains.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to data, databases, and technical challenges.
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of systems and procedures.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong advanced skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Access database usage.
• Solid knowledge of databases along with SQL querying capabilities.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, Python, or similar.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• High accuracy and ability to work independently.
