Delivery Agent Headhunter

About the Role

This position focuses on sourcing delivery agents across Ghana through various recruitment channels. It is neither a travel-based job nor an office recruiter role. The key purpose is to continuously locate and attract qualified delivery agents by understanding where local job seekers look for opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively recruit delivery agents daily.
• Advertise vacancies on Ghanaian local job platforms.
• Engage with Facebook groups relevant to recruitment.
• Leverage WhatsApp community networks for candidate sourcing.
• Utilize local recruitment tools and platforms effectively.
• Establish connections with employment centers and community leaders.
• Identify new and innovative recruitment channels independently.
• Consistently enhance the flow and quality of candidate applications.

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• Deep understanding of the recruitment landscape in Ghana.
• Familiarity with local job search behaviors and platforms beyond mainstream sites.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment in engaging with people.
• Proactive problem-solving attitude in recruitment challenges.
• Independent and self-driven, not reliant on constant instructions.

Interview Expectations

During the interview, you will be asked how you would recruit 100 delivery agents across Ghana within two weeks. Candidates with a clear, actionable strategy ready are highly desired.
