Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and punctual Delivery Boy to ensure prompt and secure delivery of products to customers. The ideal candidate will possess strong navigation abilities, excellent customer service skills, and the capacity to manage deliveries effectively while adhering to company protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect products and deliver them to customers safely and within scheduled times.
- Confirm delivery items with corresponding invoices before departure.
- Obtain customer signatures or proof of delivery upon receipt.
- Manage cash-on-delivery transactions and remit collected funds according to company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and submit daily activity reports.
- Communicate with customers to update delivery status as needed.
- Ensure products are handled carefully to avoid damage during transportation.
- Follow designated routes and delivery schedules systematically.
- Keep the delivery vehicle clean and perform basic maintenance.
- Comply with traffic regulations and observe company safety standards.
- Report any delivery challenges, delays, or vehicle malfunctions promptly to supervisors.
Eligibility Criteria
- Have completed at least 10th grade (SSLC) or its equivalent.
- Possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (mandatory).
- Ownership of a two-wheeler is preferred but not obligatory.
- Familiarity with local routes and navigation applications.
- Previous delivery experience is advantageous but not required.

Salary and Benefits
