Domino's Pizza seeks dedicated Delivery Drivers to join their growing team in Marion, AR. As a Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for ensuring timely, safe delivery of orders while providing exceptional customer service. Flexible shifts, both short and long, are available to accommodate your schedule, with options for part-time or full-time work.
Compensation
Drivers typically earn over $20 per hour, combining hourly wages with tips and mileage reimbursements. Tips and mileage reimbursements are paid daily, while hourly wages are paid biweekly.
Vehicle Options and Requirements
Delivery drivers may use their personal vehicles—with mileage reimbursement to cover fuel and vehicle-related costs—or opt to drive a company vehicle, subject to meeting criteria such as being at least 21 years old, having a clean driving record, and at least two years of driving experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages promptly and safely to customers within a designated area.
- Navigate multi-story buildings and potentially climb five or more flights of stairs during deliveries.
- Utilize Domino's advanced technology to optimize delivery routes and efficiency.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and maintain safe driving practices.
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Drivers are exposed to a variety of conditions including changing weather, temperature extremes, oven heat, food odors, and confined workspaces. The role involves physical activities such as walking, carrying items, climbing stairs, stooping, bending, reaching in various directions, and continuous use of hands for tasks such as shaping dough, handling pizza boxes, and operating equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Possess a valid driver's license and insurance, with a safe driving record verified by motor vehicle report.
- Capable of passing a background check.
- Have good navigational abilities to follow directions and locate addresses efficiently.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, remain calm under pressure, and meet high-quality service standards.
