Responsibilities

• Deliver pizzas and related products promptly and safely to customers using a personal vehicle.
• Deliver promotional materials such as flyers and door hangers alongside orders.
• Stock ingredients from deliveries to storage areas and prepare products as needed.
• Operate store equipment as required during shifts.
• Navigate to delivery locations using maps or GPS, including multi-story buildings and varied terrains.

Skills and Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a safe driving history per company standards.
• Access to a properly insured vehicle for delivery purposes is required.
• Essential navigation skills to locate addresses within the delivery area efficiently.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and teammates, including processing orders in person and via phone.
• Basic math skills to handle transactions and calculate change accurately.
• Physical ability to carry deliveries weighing up to 50 pounds, operate hand trucks, and maneuver trays on dollies.

Working Conditions and Physical Demands

• Exposure to various weather conditions during deliveries and outdoor tasks.
• Work environments with temperatures ranging from 36°F in coolers to above 90°F in kitchens.
• Frequent standing and walking on various surfaces, including tiles and linoleum.
• Regular lifting and carrying of heavy ingredient cases and product trays.
• Ability to climb stairs and navigate confined spaces such as walk-in coolers.
