Role overview

As the Digital Enablement Strategist at Scoot, you will help steer the organization’s digital direction, encourage collaboration across teams, and promote new ways of working. Your focus will be to build a digital-first mindset that supports both employees and customers while advancing the company’s digital initiatives.

Digital culture enablement

  • Promote Agile, Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and data-driven digital practices throughout the organization.
  • Run workshops, learning sessions, and supporting resources that help embed a lasting digital-first culture.
  • Encourage teams to embrace modern digital methods while staying aligned to Scoot’s business priorities.

Stakeholder engagement and collaboration

  • Work with teams across the business to shape, promote, and deliver digital initiatives.
  • Build alignment and commitment with internal and external stakeholders so projects move forward successfully.
  • Serve as the connection point between technical and business teams, turning ideas into practical solutions.

Strategic delivery and governance

  • Put governance structures in place for digital frameworks to support productivity, faster delivery, and strong quality outcomes.
  • Guide the execution of digital strategies and help teams achieve the intended results.
  • Track project progress and use data and insights to improve delivery processes.

Cross-functional collaboration

  • Work alongside leadership and team leads to uncover areas for innovation and growth.
  • Help remove blockers, reduce risks, and keep objectives aligned across departments.
  • Encourage design-thinking methods that keep user experience at the center of digital solutions.

Requirements
