  • Review and authorize Quantitative Risk Modeling reports such as QSRA and QCRA.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate risk mitigation actions into project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Construction Management, Business Studies, Finance, or related discipline.
  • Preferred professional certifications: Chartered Risk Analyst (CRA), Certified Risk Management Professional (CEMP), or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • 10 to 15 years of risk management experience focusing on real estate development, construction, or large infrastructure, with a minimum of 5 years managing risk on mega project developments.
  • Demonstrated success implementing risk management strategies at senior levels.
