Urgent Hiring for Document Controller
We seek an experienced Document Controller, preferably Filipina, to join our team at Lord Furniture Factory - Finishing Division located in Sharjah, UAE. This role offers a monthly salary ranging between AED 3,000 and AED 3,500, dependent on experience.
Work Schedule and Hours
- Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a 1-hour break.
- Saturday: Half day.
- Sunday: Off.
Key Qualities and Requirements
- Proven experience in document control within construction or fit-out projects.
- Strong skills in organizing and managing documentation.
- High level of accuracy and keen attention to detail.
- Capacity to handle multiple documents efficiently and meet deadlines for submissions.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Proficient use of MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Knowledgeable about document control systems and standard operating procedures.
