Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced .NET and React Technical Lead to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in building enterprise-grade applications with .NET technologies and React.js, demonstrating leadership in software delivery and technical excellence.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead a development team specializing in .NET and React technologies to build high-quality applications.
- Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise solutions.
- Provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentorship, and enforcement of best coding standards.
- Collaborate closely with architects, product owners, QA, and DevOps teams.
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architectures.
- Integrate applications using messaging platforms like Azure Service Bus and RabbitMQ.
- Participate actively in solution design, sprint planning, and effort estimation.
- Ensure software adheres to security best practices and optimized performance.
- Assist in production deployments and troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 8 to 12 years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications using .NET technologies.
- At least 2 to 3 years experience as a technical lead managing software development teams.
- Strong skills in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Core / .NET 8, and React.js.
- Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and API Gateway integration.
- Experience with event-driven systems using Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or Kafka.
- Solid knowledge of software architecture principles and design patterns.
- Experience with Entity Framework Core, SQL Server, and performance tuning.
- Familiarity with cloud services such as Azure, along with container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and communication skills to manage stakeholders effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of DevOps practices and Azure DevOps tools.
- Experience with SOAP web services.
