Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive drawings for layouts, fabrication, erection, and inventory management of metal building components and parts.
• Apply company drafting and product standards alongside drafting protocols and compliance guidelines when detailing projects of straightforward to intermediate complexity.
• Produce detailed parts and fabrication drawings using AutoCAD and proprietary software, facilitating manufacturing plant operations in metal building production.
• Create erection drawings via AutoCAD and company software that serve contractors during the metal building parts installation phase.
• Generate Bills of Materials through proprietary software, compiling accurate shipping lists for plant and customer reference.
• Use AutoCAD and proprietary tools to design permit, approval, and construction drawings in strict accordance with purchase order requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Positive mindset coupled with eagerness to learn and collaborate within a team environment.
