Draughtsman

Role Overview

As a Draughtsman specializing in civil construction, you will be instrumental in preparing Good for Construction (GFC) drawings specifically for civil packages aimed at new store openings. Your role demands collaboration with various internal and external teams including real estate, business development, design, and operations, primarily through virtual coordination to assess and align with site conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Creating and managing GFC drawings for civil works relevant to store development.
• Understanding and virtually coordinating site conditions to ensure project feasibility.
• Engaging and coordinating with diverse stakeholders such as real estate, design, business operations, and external vendors for smooth store launch processes.
• Owning and managing the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) to support business expansion efforts effectively.

Skills and Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting detailed construction drawings.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data management and BOQ tracking.
• Experience in civil vendor management, procurement coordination, and project coordination.
• Competency in stakeholder management, with strong team leadership capabilities.
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent communication abilities.
