eFront Consultant

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced eFront Consultant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position requires a comprehensive blend of technical expertise and functional knowledge of the eFront platform, with a strong focus on delivering effective solutions to alternative investment clients. The role involves hands-on implementation and configuration, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle eFront implementations for private equity and real estate investment portfolios.
• Customize and configure eFront modules covering fund management, investor reporting, and performance analytics.
• Convert intricate business requirements into detailed technical specifications.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance system functionality and troubleshoot issues.
• Deliver training sessions, prepare user documentation, and provide ongoing user support.
• Manage communications with stakeholders and promote teamwork across finance, technology, and operations divisions.
• Maintain system compliance, ensure data accuracy, and optimize system performance.

Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience working with eFront and related investment management systems.
• Strong understanding of private market fund structures, waterfall calculations, and carried interest mechanisms.
• Proficient in data migration, eFront configuration, report creation, and SQL usage.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within deadlines and budget constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is desirable.
• Experience integrating eFront with vendor platforms such as Aladdin or similar enterprise systems.
• Background in consulting or client-facing capacities, ideally within multinational environments.
• Certifications related to eFront or investment platforms will be advantageous.
