Job Overview

We are looking for dedicated and energetic Maintenance professionals committed to delivering exceptional customer service and innovative solutions within our hospitality environment. This position is located at Al Maha Arjaan by Rotana in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance on Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) and HVAC systems throughout the hotel complex with a focus on health and safety compliance.
• Perform repairs and upkeep of mechanical and electrical heating and ventilation units to maintain safe and efficient hotel operations.
• Handle installation and repair of domestic and mains single and three-phase distribution systems, lighting, and in-house power appliances.
• Support emergency services activities including upkeep of fire alarms, emergency lighting, batteries, and standby power systems such as generators.
• Manage control systems related to M&E processes including general equipment like TVs, hair dryers, shaver sockets, and all guest and service lifts.
• Interpret sketches or blueprints to accurately locate wiring and equipment, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Utilize various tools and equipment such as power construction tools, measuring devices, oscilloscopes, ammeters, and testing lamps effectively and safely.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma in electro-technical services or an equivalent technical qualification.
• Basic high school level education or college qualification.
• Proven expertise in electrical operations and maintenance of equipment.
• Good command of English for effective communication.
• Ability to diagnose faults and repair electrical systems efficiently.
