Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Assistant to offer extensive administrative support to our General Manager, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate calendars, appointments, and meetings efficiently.
- Prepare agendas for meetings, document minutes accurately, and monitor completion of follow-up actions.
- Handle official communications and manage business documentation appropriately.
- Arrange and manage travel plans and logistical details.
- Act as liaison with government agencies and external partners.
- Facilitate communication across departments ensuring prompt attention to priorities.
- Safeguard confidentiality of sensitive information and official records.
Qualifications and Requirements
- At least three years of experience in an Executive Assistant or Secretary position.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite.
- Capable of juggling multiple tasks within a fast-moving environment.
- Fluent in both English and Arabic languages.
