About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Executive Support Associate based in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing efficient support to senior executives and thrive in a dynamic administrative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage senior executives' calendars and scheduling demands.
- Arrange and coordinate travel plans, including itineraries and handling visa/passport formalities.
- Set up and manage conference calls, video meetings, and online events.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors for seamless operations.
- Ensure organizational and communication excellence in all tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum education qualification: Bachelor’s degree such as B.Tech/BE, BCA, or any bachelor's degree.
- At least one year of relevant experience in an executive support or similar role.
- Strong communication capabilities both written and verbal.
- Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and general PC skills.
- Good time management with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Customer service-oriented approach coupled with proactive problem-solving skills.
- Able to operate effectively in virtual work settings.
Additional Skills
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
