About the Role

Responsibilities
- Perform regular cleaning duties including sweeping, vacuuming, wiping, and mopping storage areas, hallways, restrooms, and elevator spaces.
- Dispose of waste materials properly to maintain cleanliness.
- Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies, ordering replacements when necessary.
- Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The job involves moderate risks requiring specialized safety protocols, such as handling machinery, exposure to fumes, and usage of protective equipment including masks, goggles, gloves, or shields.
Physical demands include extended periods of standing still, moving about outdoor premises, reaching various heights, and handling equipment or objects weighing at least 50 pounds, with or without assistance.
